Barista Competition USBC
So this is the big weekend. SCAA 2006 Charlotte North Carolina!
Not only will this be the biggest coffee show in the USA, but it will also be the largest gathering of coffee professionals involved in competition level coffee preparation. These folks are the best of the best and their dedication to the craft of quality espresso is amazing.
