Barista Magazine - The Jon Lewis Issue

Well the newest issue of Barista Magazine has hit home mail boxes and coffee shops starting yesterday. This issue features an in depth interview and exposé on Northwest Barista Jon Lewis.

Terry Z and myself also have a featured article for this issue on Portafilter Baskets called "Basket Case" Admittedly our article is fairly common knowledge for the advanced crew residing in Baristaland, however we were purposely aiming for the status quo to help educate and elevate espresso preparation knowledge.
